Settlement Fight

Rules

§1 By logging in and playing Settlement Fight, you automatically agree to completely follow all listed rules. Any violation of these rules will result in punishment as deemed fit by the admin depending on the severity of the infraction. Such punishment may vary from a temporary suspension of an account, to complete and permanent expulsion from making accounts and playing altogether.

§2 Abuse of multiple accounts is forbidden --

§2.1 No single player may maintain more than one account at a time in a single world. Any two or more accounts found to be both (1) operated by the same person and (2) operated in the same world are forbidden. Players will be determined primarially by IP address. Multiple players in one household playing through the same computer are strongly encouraged to NOT work together, or may be accidently seen as a single player playing more than one account.

§2.2 Merging two accounts together (such by one account invading and taking over another, consenting account) is forbidden. Players who want to share an account are strongly encouraged to pick one of the two accounts and stick with that one. Once a single account is decided, the account may raid and invade the other account, but the other unused account is not permitted to move his or her troops out and leave his or her settlement(s) undefended. Any number of people are permitted to operate a single account.

§2.3 Account "sitting" where a person operates his or her own personal account while simultaneously playing for a friend's account while that friend is away is permitted if arranged with the Admin. Not arranging with the admin may result in the account accidentally being punished under §2.1.

§3 Trading/Selling accounts and/or in-game resources for real-world items (such as money) is strictly forbidden.

§4 Stealing accounts by guessing passwords, hacking, or similar subterfuge is strictly forbidden.

§5 Spamming players via in-game messaging or by abusing the EventServe mailing feature is forbidden.
